My Philosophy
My goal is to help you become, and stay healthy, in every way that is
important to you. In other words, I want to provide you with the support
you need to stay out of the doctor's office-and that includes mine! You
won't be coming back for weekly treatments with me, but rather, you'll
receive a treatment plan and the tools to bring about wellness in your
own life. Unless we're dealing with an acute situation, you can plan to
have a follow-up in about 1-2 months, and then again in another 2 months
or more. Most patients on average, see me 3-4 x/year or less. You can
think of our time together as part of your long-term health insurance!
I look forward to working with you.
Warmly,
